CHAPTER 30 : “I Caught Tiny Joker Lying Again”

After months of online back-and-forth, I finally read the post aimed at my blog, therenohyenacrips. Titled “I Caught These Niggas Lying Again,” it was posted on w7m83gcscoregang and written in the first person by Tiny Joker (Zahid Sekou Matthews). Supposedly, it’s a “debunking.” In reality, it’s a personal attack built on assumptions, projection, and recycled talking points.

The post goes after my writing while defending Detroit Five Points crews — ScoreGang, Hyena Crips/83GC, and W7M ETGC — by attacking a California-based rap group that I wrote about because of attacks and harassment from ScoreGang/Crips X accounts. This wasn’t random coverage. It was a response to online harassment coming from their network. What Tiny Joker’s post really exposes, though, are the same patterns we’ve seen before: vendetta over facts, sloppy research, and a tight echo chamber pretending to be consensus.

1. Tiny Joker Is the Author — No Question

There’s no doubt who wrote the post.

He openly identifies himself, references public records — like his July OCJ booking — and the interviews cited in the August 2025 Detroit News “Tag Wars” article, where police called him a “purported Crip-affiliated gang member.” The voice is unmistakably first-person: confrontational, performative, and obsessed with drawing a line between “real street presence” and what he calls “Wi-Fi credentials.”

This blog is clearly an extension of his X account. Same voice, same fixation, same routine of positioning himself as the sole authority while dismissing anyone who questions the narrative.

2. Fremont High Class of 2010 — Sloppy Research

Tiny Joker claims my blog switches voices — from “L.K. the leprechaun” to “David” — and borrows credibility from a Los Angeles background.

The Tumblr bio he cites says:

“My name is David Harvey. I graduated from Fremont High School Class of 2010 — East Side LA.”

The problem: the verifiable Fremont High School Class of 2010 record is in Detroit, not LA. That school closed in 2006, and there’s no confirmed alumni record placing a David Harvey in East Side LA.

Tiny Joker blended Michigan and LA identities to make his accusation sound stronger. That’s not catching lies — it’s careless research that undermines his own argument.

3. L.K. Was Always For Protection

Tiny Joker attacks the name “L.K. the leprechaun,” calling it fake. Here’s the truth: the name was always meant to protect my real identity. Now that my real name is public — David — it doesn’t matter anymore.

Attacking that alias is an ad hominem tactic. Instead of addressing what I actually write, he tries to discredit me. That’s projection, plain and simple.

4. Why I Wrote About the California Rap Group

The post doesn’t provide context or meaningful history about California rap or gangs. Instead, it targets a small, independent group I wrote about because ScoreGang/Crips X accounts harassed them online.

The group is modest: limited monthly listeners, small view counts, local hood references. Beyond small underground circles and certain sections of LA, they’re barely known. Outside Tiny Joker’s network, no one fixates on them or treats them as a major issue.

This is not organic debate — it’s a personal vendetta framed as “exposure.”

5. The Echo Chamber Is Obvious

Every ScoreGang, 83GC, or W7M thread on Reddit shows the same pattern:

  • Low engagement.
  • The same handful of accounts upvoting and commenting.
  • Identical phrasing repeated across posts.

It’s not community consensus. It’s self-validation. Without that network, the narrative doesn’t travel. Even mainstream coverage, like the Detroit News “Tag Wars” piece, frames these crews as minor, tied to short-lived graffiti disputes. Online amplification inflates significance that doesn’t exist offline.

Conclusion

Tiny Joker’s post didn’t dismantle my blog. It revealed the mechanics behind theirs.

Assumptions presented as facts. Names misapplied. Personal attacks replacing evidence. A narrative sustained by repetition within a small circle.

The California-based rap group wasn’t targeted randomly — I wrote about them because of harassment and attacks from ScoreGang/Crips X accounts. Trying to flip that into a “grand exposure campaign” only shows how fragile their story is.

Patterns don’t lie. One voice, one network, pushing the same storyline until it sounds true inside its own bubble. Outside of it, the cracks are obvious.
