 Matthew “Tinyjoker”  has gone far & beyond to the point he created fake gang cipher or what he calls it “secret code”. To the point he use the alphabets to prove why he pick up the “83GC” name without getting permission from the real 83GC. Like how we previously went over in the last article, the 83 Scoregang Crips used to claim they had “West coast” ties to the 83GC.
